Shipping & Returns

As a manufacturer and importer we normally have a large stock of all our products, enabling a quick delivery time. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days. Some items (bedspreads, mattress toppers, feather products & mattresses) are specially made so delivery of these items will take approx. 10-14 days from receipt of order.

Delivery costs:

Delivery on all orders under £50 are charged at £8.
Express deliveries are available (charges at checkout).
Orders over £50 are free of charge.

Please note that for deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands/ Islands, Scilly Isles and Isle of Wight, carriage may be subject to additional charges when an order is placed. A member of our customer services team will contact you to inform you of any extra costs once you have placed an order.

Next Day Delivery & Express Service:

Where a delivery is extremely important, we are happy to offer you special carriage services.  See the 'Contact Us' page for further details of how to get in touch with our office. 

Returning Goods:

If we have supplied you with faulty goods, we will collect them.  They will then be credited or replaced, subject to goods being inspected by our Quality Control team.  For goods which are not faulty, a collection charge of £15.00 per carton + a 15% handling charge is payable. Goods must be returned unused and in the original packaging.  No goods are to be returned without first speaking to our sales desk.  Goods which are used, washed or made to order are non-refundable.

Missing or Damaged Goods & Non-Delivery:

We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of invoice of any missing or damaged goods.  On receipt of goods, customers must sign for the number of cartons delivered.  Otherwise neither the carrier nor ourselves can accept responsibility for loss or damage.
